Lincoln, welcomes guests for a Halloween celebration with a Latin American twist, beginning 4 p.m. October 27with a "Buenos Aires Never Sleeps," menu, theme cocktail and live music.
Executive Chef Saul Roman will present a three course Argentine dinner menu for $55 per guest. The meal includes empanadas or salad, asado Argentino (mixed grill with flank steak, short ribs, morcilla and chorizo paired with homemade chimichurri, Malbec sauce and hand-cut fried potatoes). Desert is flan or dulce de leche cake.
The restaurant congers up the crafty La Bruja ("the witch") cocktail (Rémy Martin cognac; Journeyman Distillery's O.C.G. apple cider liqueur, allspice liqueur, cinnamon syrup and fresh squeezed lemon juice ($10).
