Upper Wacker, in Renaissance Hotel, rounds out its Summer Thursday Series cocktail classes with Old-Fashions 101 September 14; Beer Cocktails, September 21 and Bitter basics, September 28, All classes begin at 7 p.m. Guests will craft their own cocktails. The cost is $14 (the price of the drink).
