Heaven on Seven Cajun cooking class

Jimmy Bannos of Heaven on Seven, 111 N. Wabash, hosts a Cajun cooking class/dinner 7-9 p.m. August 2. 

The menu, subject to change, includes: Creole spiced Caesar salad; chicken and andouille sausage gumbo; orzolaya (Jimmy’s Italian twist on jambalaya); New Orleans bbq shrimp over cornbread and blueberry corn blasters. Tickets, $75, are still available. Purchase.
