Culinary Fight Club hosts its 2017 The Steak Challenge in six cities, including Chicago, 6 p.m. July 17, Concord Fifty+Five, 1355 W. Concord Place. Chefs and home cooks face off in the sizzling summer-time heat to determine who has the best skills and delivers the best steak. Participants will be judged on taste and accurate serving temperature accuracy along with presentation. At stake— the winning dish being crowned the crowd's favorite.
