Lawrence. The group's beverage director Benjamin Schiller with mixologist Josh Relkin will handle the bartending duties. House cocktails (priced $12 each) include Spaceman Spiff (mezcal, grilled pineapple, hazelnut, cedar, pictured); Doris, (gin, lemon, flower water, salt), named for Schiller's grandmother who was a gardener and Autumn into Summer (apple brandy, bourbon, sherry, clove, vanilla).
