Dearborn, launched a new winter menu that includes: minestrone soup (minestrone with farro, pesto, $7); winter slaw salad (arugula, radicchio, shaved Brussels sprouts, dried cranberries, almonds, Parmigiano, lemon vinaigrette, $11); mushroom, sausage and fennel ragu (tagliatelle, wild mushrooms, sausage, spicy tomato sauce, fennel, Parmigiano, $16) and Eduardo's burger (beef patty, truffle butter, Fontina, tomato mostarda, radicchio on brioche bun served with vegetable chips, $16, pictured). Holiday and winter-inspired cocktails and desserts are also featured.
