The chef's creation, a larger than life white chocolate (700 lbs) statue of Apollo 11 astronaut Neil Armstrong, will be on view 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sept. 22, All Chocolate Kitchen, 33 S. Third, Geneva. Chef Roby's white chocolate sculpt of Eros, the God of Love (948 lbs), will also be on display.
