LaSalle, will feature his 2014 Chicago Gourmet Hamburger Hop best burger winner, the tete de tete (prime chuck and brisket, River Roast's head cheese, topped with tete de moine, on brioche bun with River Roast house remoulade, topped with crispy fried pork skin), 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sept. 21-25.
