Chef Alain Roby's New Cookbook
Pastry chef Alain Roby of All Chocolate Kitchen, 33 S. Third, Geneva, and current Chicago Culinary Museum's Pastry Chef of the Year, recently released the second edition of his popular dessert book Alain Roby's American Classics, Casual and Elegant Desserts ($39.95).
