Winemaker Nicola Biscardo joins RPM Wine Director Richard Hanauer and Chef Christian Fantoni 7 p.m. January 12 for a four-course dinner spotlighting Biscardo's Amarone della Valpolicella, Marchesi Biscardo, 2013.
The wine will be paired with RPM Italian dishes such as Roasted Squid with Tomato Brodo, Roasted Venison Chop with Amarone Jus and a Chocolate Caramel Tart. The live Zoom session is on Tuesday, January 12 at 7 p.m. The team will discus the wine pairing during the dinner; $155 per person, plus tax (gratuity not included) and includes a four-course menu plus one bottle of wine per each guest.
