The dinner includes; slow-braised barbecued all-natural brisket; smashed roasted cauliflower; potato latkes with sour cream and Chef Stegner's apple butter; Chef Stegner's version of Tzimmes; mixed green salad
with citrus marinated beets; feta and Tahini dressing. Dessert is cranberry crumble with oat topping.
