Ocean Prime Chicago, 87 E. Wacker Dr., is offering a three-course Millennium Park Summer Concert Series menu; $65.
Executive Chef Jason Shelley's three-course prix frixe menu features first course selections of French onion soup with brandy and aged Swiss; Caesar salad with Parmesan garlic dressing and a house salad featuring romaine lettuce; field greens, Granny Smith apples, goat cheese and walnuts with a sherry mustard vinaigrette dressing.
Entrees include blackened snapper with corn spoon bread and jalapeno tartar; 8-oz filet with gouda potato cake, seared spinach and cabernet au jus; Freebird Farms chicken with spinach bread salad, roasted tomatoes, olives and balsamic au jus and teriyaki salmon (pictured) with spicy rice and soy butter sauce. Entrees come with a choice of one side that includes: creamy whipped potatoes; broccoli and cauliflower, truffle mac & cheese or chophouse corn.
Desert is a choice chocolate peanut butter torte or butter cake.
The menu is available through August. 15.
