Executive Chef Larry Feldmeier's dinner kicks off with passed canapes at 7 p.m. followed by a five-course dinner inspired by flavors from the Great Lakes region at 8 p.m.
Menu highlights include: Heirloom tomato with ground cherry and rooftop herb; potato pancake with trout roe and creme fraiche; chicken liver mousse with Schmaltz Crust and chicken jus; smoked sturgeon patio punch with sour corn and Shishito pepper; honey chamomile semifreddo with bee pollen and stone fruit
