Lincoln Highway) are hosting and Easter buffet brunch beginning 10 a.m. April 16. The Tinley Park location will feature live jazz featuring the Jeff Bella Jazz Trio, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The buffet will feature seafood options such as poached whole Atlantic salmon, seafood salad, peel 'n eat shrimp and Cajun crawfish salad with Cajun remoulade. A hearty array of brunch selections include: country biscuits and gravy, honey glazed ham with Pommery mustard, grilled chicken marsala, traditional eggs Benedict with Hollandaise sauce, seasonal vegetable frittata, tenderloin of beef with horseradish cream, garlic and her roasted lamb with mint pesto, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and French toast. A selection of salads and sides features breakfast potatoes, Yukon gold mashed potatoes, roasted tomato, onion and cucumber salad, grilled ratatouille, vegetable crudite with roasted red pepper mousse and mixed greens chopped Caesar salad. And, not to go unmentioned a sweets selection that includes an assortment of cheesecakes, tarts, pastries and mini cream puffs.
Seatings are 10 a.m., noon and 2 p.m. Brunch cost is $28, adults; $12, kids age 5-12. Kids under age 5 eat free. Reservations recommended
