
Jimmy Bannos holds a Cajun cooking class 7 p.m. April 5, Heaven on Seven, 111 N. Wabash.
The menu, subject change, includes Creole spiced Caesar salad; chicken and andouille sausage gumbo, orzolaya (Italian twist on jambalaya), New Orleans barbecue shrimp over cornbread and blueberry corn blaster. Tickets are $75, resister here.
