Taste of Iceland Chicago 2017

Icelandic chef  Viktor Orn Andresson heads to Chicago to partner with executive chef  James Lintelmann of Baptiste & Bottle, 101 E. Erie, for 2017 Taste of Iceland Chicago Taking place April 20-23; $75.
Andresson, a member of the 2017 Bocuse National Culinary Team, whose team took the bronze meda,l with Lintelmann, create a four-course, prix fixe menu paired with cocktails by Brennivin's 2015 cocktail champion, Kari Sigurosson and host mixologist Michael Fawthrop to create specialty cocktails for the occasion featuring Iceland's Reyka Vodka and aquavit.
