Columbus Tap's James Beard Week Dish

The Second Annual James Beard Eats Week April 21-May 1 and for the occasion Executive Sous Chef Atticus Garant of Columbus Tap, at the Fairmont Chicago, Millennium Park, 200 N. Columbus Drive, is featuring Crispy Honey Ham Hock (pickled spring peas, ricotta, maple porter topped with tasty bits; $12). Reservations for Columbus Tap can be made here

In addition, in honor of National Domestic Violence Prevention and Awareness Month the restaurant is donating $1 from every donut sold through April 30 to SOS Children's Villages Illinois
