Wild Monk, 88 S. LaGrange, hosts a craft beer dinner featuring selections from Kansas City- based Boulevard Brewing, 6 p.m. June 28; $50. The evening begins with a welcome reception followed by Chef Mario Arroyo's seated, multi-course dinner paired with beer selections.
Chef Arroyo's menu includes beer-battered buffalo shrimp, barbecue pulled pork summer salad, smoked salmon bruschetta, glazed rosemary and garlic barbecue. Dessert is chocolate mint cake.
