Monroe, is featuring its "Orange is the New Wacker" cocktail (Cruzan aged rum, Cointreau, orange and lime juice mix) for $4, in conjunction with the premiere of "Orange is the New Black" Season 4 airing June 17. The cocktail was named for the show's scenes filmed on Wacker Drive.
