Recipes from James Beard Award-winning New York chef Michael Anthony's (executive chef of Gramercy Tavern and Untitled) new cookbook V is for Vegetables, will be highlights on the Express Lunch menu during the week of Nov. 30-Dec. 4, at GreenRiver, 259 E. Erie.

Anthony will preside over a special three-course dinner at GreenRiver Dec. 4; $65. Anthony will sign copies of his book during the event.
