Known in the world of barbecue as "Meathead," will be among the Barbecue Hall of Fame class of 2021 inductees on September 18.
In addition to creating the online bible of the grilling world of AmazingRibs.com, Meathead Goldwyn with Greg Blonder is the author of Meathead, The Science of Great Barbecue and Grilling.
