Weber Grill Academy, 1010 N. Meacham, Schaumburg, hosts a Mardi Gras cooking class 6:30-8:30  p.m. March 1; $65.
The New Orleans-style grilling session will feature recipes that include: char grilled oysters with Chili butter; "NOLA" barbecue shrimp; grilled andouille sausage Po' Boy sandwiches and smoked chicken dirty rice. Patrons will enjoy feasting on these specials paired with custom libations after the grilling class. Space is limited. Reserve a spot here.
