
Hubbard Inn, 110 W. Hubbard, hosts a five-course wine dinner featuring Napa Valley's Trinchero wines 6:30 p.m. February 21.
Executive Chef Jason Hedin partners the wine selections with a menu highlighting venison tartare, chestnut risotto, Earl Grey cured Maple Farms duck breast topped off with a triple ganache candy bar dessert. A representative from Trinchero will also be on hand to discuss the selection of wines. Tickets.
