Artango Bar and Steakhouse, 4746 N. Lincoln, is offering a selection of discounted Latin libations on 5-7 p.m. Black Wednesday (November 22). The bar will offer a round of $7 cocktails that include margaritas, mojitos and caipirinhas. As well as $7 glasses of red and white wine and $4 domestic brews.
Food specials include $9 bar snacks: empanadas, chorizo and steak sandwiches and grilled pizza.
