The platter, which feeds two includes 10 meats: Carolina pulled pork; smoked all-white turkey breast; hand-pulled chicken; dry rubbed spicy wings; traditional Texas spicy sausage; Memphis dry rubbed wings; brisket burnt ends; Texas chopped brisket and Memphis baby back ribs. The price also includes choice of two sides and hush puppies. Available through the end of May.
