Hofbrauhaus Chicago, 5500 Park Place, Rosemont, designs a Mother's Day feast fit for, in their words, a queen. The Bavarian feast, May 14, includes beers made on-site and authentic fare such as ham, spinach and Gruyere quiche ($16), smoked salmon and deviled eggs ($13), half roasted duck served with potato dumplings ($26) and crispy pork shank with Bavarian cabbage and bacon salad, potato and bread dumplings with HB lager bier gravy ($26).
