Huron, Chef Tim Hockett fires up the kitchen for International Hot and Spicy Food Day (January 16) with his new spicy chicken chile mole tacos (ancho and arbol chiles, served with sour cream and cilantro on a house made masa tortilla ); $2, regularly $3.75, available 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. The Happy Hour special of the day will be $6 margaritas, available 5:30-7:30 p.m.
