Devon Seafood, 39 E. Chicago, joins in Chicago Restaurant Week (January 27-February 9), with two three-course prix fixe menus.
Lunch ($22), available 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., starts with a choice of Devon house salad; Caesar salad or Creole gumbo. Main course selection is a choice of prosciutto mozzarella burger; salmon panzanella salad; blackened chicken penne pasta or pretzel-crusted trout. Dessert choices are triple chocolate mousse cake, vanilla bean creme brulee; mixed berries or butterscotch tart.
Dinner ($33; $44), available 4 p.m. to closing, begins with Devon house salad; Caesar salad or Creole gumbo or Maine lobster bisque (pictured). Dessert choices are triple chocolate mousse cake, vanilla bean creme brulee; carrot cake or butterscotch tart.
Main course selections for the $33 option are: jumbo crab cakes, shellfish bouillabaise, Joyce Farms half chicken, Wagyu steak and frites or maple plank salmon.
Main course selections for the $44 option are: 8oz cold water lobster tail; char crusted Ahi tuna; 8-oz center cut filet or seafood mixed grill. Tax and gratuity are not included in price. Reservations can be made at 312-440-8660.
