Heaven on Seven Cooking Class

Chef/owner Jimmy Bannos of Heaven on Seven on Wabash, 111 N. Wabash, holds a Cajun Cooking Class featuring a five-course dinner and demonstration 7-9 p.m. December 7; $75. In addition to enjoying the food being prepared, guests will be feted with all-you-can-drink beer and wine along with the restaurant's signature hurricanes.

Featured dishes are: Creole spiced Caesar salad; chicken and andouille sausage gumbo; orzolaya (Jimmy’s Italian twist on jambalaya); New Orleans bbq shrimp over cornbread and blueberry corn blasters. Purchase tickets.
