Pairings include: shrimp shogun taco (shrimp diablo, chimichurri slaw, pico de gallo, Akarai Shogun criolla aioli) paired with Akari Shogun American Wheat Ale; Veggie Cutter (roasted Latin vegetables , celery root, saffron Daisy Cutter aioli) paired with Daisy Cutter Pale Ale and Navaja Steak (Navaja marinated skirt steak, queso fresco, Navaja barracha salsa) paired with Navaja Double Imperial Ale.
