The venue, the brainchild of Georgetown grads Nicolas Jammet, Jonathan Neman and Nathaniel RU, features made from scratch dishes created from locally-sourced sustainable farms. Proceeds from opening day will go to support Growing Power's effort to transport fresh foods to Chicago's south and west side communities via an old CTA bus transformed into a portable market.
