Rosebud's Joe Fish Restaurant is Now Open

Rosebud Restaurant's Joe Fish, 445 N. Dearborn, is now open for business. Manned by chef Joseph Farina the menu includes Chilean sea bass with La Quercia prosciutto, sage, lentils and arugula pesto; whole branzino with broccolini, lemon, extra virgin olive oil, fresh herbs and sea salt and filet medallions Diane with peppercorn, wild mushrooms, shallots, white creamy polenta and demi-glaze.
