The Eighth annual Beer in the Woods event takes place 1 p.m. September 21, LaBagh Woods, 5275 N. Cicero Ave. Grove 3.

VIP admission is Hours are 1-5 pm. No refunds. Regular admission is 3-6 p.m. All proceeds benefit Wonder Works fund scholarships for families who face racial, social and economic adversities. Must have proper ID to purchase.

In addition an online auction is underway.

The event also includes family fun and activities:

• Raffle and scavenger hunt
• Playscapes and face painting
• Forest fun for activities

 

VIP admission is 1 p.m. Regular admission is 3-6 p.m. Must be of legal age with valid ID to purchase beer. More details and tickets.
