Good Company Chicago presents a Couples Cooking Class, 6:30 p.m. February 14, at 4947 N. Damen Ave. The dinner conducted by Chef Stephanie Johnston leads guests a romantic dinner for two; $100 per person (tickets are limited).
The menu for the BYOB event features:
Stuffed baby bell peppers with Aleppo pepper and bread crumbs
Arugula salad with strawberries, celery, shaved radish and toasted almonds, avocado and balsamic vinaigrette
Beef ravioli with whipped spinach-ricotta, brown butter and toasted walnuts
Tiramisu with mascarpone, orange and freeze-dried berries
