Greektown comes alive with the spirit of ancient Greece, where marathons originated, during an event celebrating Chicago Marathon runners at miles 14 and 17.
During the event spectators will have the opportunity to make signs while enjoying coffee and pastries. A DJ station will be on hand to keep things lively.
Hours are 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. October 10. The main point is Halsted and Gladys streets. More details available here.
