Artango Bar & Steakhouse, 4767 N. Lincoln, hosts a steak and wine night tasting the last Wednesday of the month beginning September 26.
Chef Saul Roman will offer a three course prix fixe, paired with Malbec, for $65 per person (plus tax and gratuity). Featured items might include: empanadas and eggplant bruschetta to start, followed by a NY strip steak steak cooked with homemade chimichurri, malbec sauce and mashed potatoes, and house made flan to finish. Each course is paired with an Argentine Malbec selection, a full-bodied red with smokey, spicy notes and unmistakable tannic structure.
