Ontario, salutes National Hot Day by partnering with Hotel EMC2 and the Anti-Cruelty Society for a dog toy-making event 2-4:30 p.m. August 27. Items will be created by hotel staff and ACS members from donated cotton T-shirts.
The Albert also serves up a special cocktail, Hair of the Dog (Reposado tequila, bourbon, lime, ginger beet, and bitters; $12), for the occasion with fifty percent of the proceeds benefitting the Anti-Cruelty Society.
