In celebration of the release of their Sparkling Rosé Ale Forbidden Root Brewery, 1746 W. Chicago, hosts Rosé Ale Day 1-8 p.m. June 30 on Fountainhead’s, 1970 W. Montrose, rooftop.
A tapping of the Sparkling Rosé Ale, a Belgian Triple brewed with Niagara grapes and hibiscus clocking in at 10% ABV, will be held at 1:30 p.m. In addition sparkling rosé cocktails will be available. Other goodies include a limited edition Sparkling Rosé Ale glassware and Forbidden Root swag bags.
