Macello, 1235 W. Lake, has a special offer for concert-goers headed to the Guns N' Roses show November 6 at the United Center, 1901 W. Madison. Guests will be feted to the restaurant's GNR song-inspired (from the band's 1987 album "Appetite for Destruction") specials "It's So Easy," pizza and Peroni pairing; $15.
