Kenneith Hunter of Le Cordon Bleu cooking school is the winner of Michael Jordan's Steakhouse's "Culinary Clash" student scholarship competition. Hunter's winning menu: roasted beet salad with toasted hazelnuts, Le Claire goat cheese and whole grain mustard vinaigrette; Rain-Crow Ranch Grass-fed beef ribeye with chimichuri and a warm mushroom salad and dessert of warm red velvet cake with macerated oranges and white chocolate cream cheese ganache. mjshchicago
