Dunlays' Firkin Beer Tapping

Dunlays on the Square, 3137 W. Logan, hosts an old-fashion beer tapping party beginning 5:30 p.m. Feb. 21. Two Brothers opens a keg of it's new French-pressed coffee infused Domaine DuPage. Chef Kevin Ives prepares special items to accompany the fresh-tapped brew that includes a short rib burger (garnished with bacon, fennel, celery root slaw and stone-ground mustard) and pint of firkin-tapped beer combo for $17. dunlays
