"Check, Please!" Hosts Catherine de Orio (pictures) moderates a discussion on Northern Spain cuisine with guest chef Andoni Luis Aduriz of Mugaritz 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. March 16 at iNG Restaurant, 951 W. Fulton; $150, includes appetizers and beverages. Following the event Aduriz will sign copies of his book Mugaritz: A Natural Science of Cooking. Books will be available for purchase.
