Strawberry Fest returns June 21-23 to historic downtown Long Grove, 145 Old McHenry Rd. . Long Grove, featuring an array of strawberry-based items that includes, but is not limited to, strawberry jam, strawberry fudge; strawberry funnel cake; strawberry latte; strawberry smoothies; strawberry shakes and strawberry sundaes; funnel cakes; donuts; ice cream as well as strawberry popcorn.
In addition to the strawberry-centric food items visitors can enjoy live entertainment and fun family activities.
Performers will be featured on multiple stages with acts that include: Mains Stage acts: Led Zeppelin tribute band Kashmir (Friday); 80s tribute band Hi Infidelity (Saturday) and Don't Rock the Juke Box, (Sunday). Complete list of stage schedules can be viewed here.
Activities include: strawberry pie eating contest; children's arts and crafts and merchants featuring various wares.
Hours are noon to 11 p.m. (Friday); 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. (Saturday) and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday)
Tickets are $5; Three day passes available ($10). Ages 12 and under
