Soupe au Pistou (Farmer's vegetable and bacon soup with a petite Pissaladiere, caramelized onion,Valbreso French feta; baby arugula): paired with Cooper Hawk's May wine of the month: Côtes du Rhône Blanc.
Roasted rack of lamb, spring vegetable ratatouille, MontAmore whipped potatoes, Daubed Provencal: paired with Shiraz.
Grand Marnier cremè brulee (fresh berry Chantilly, assorted macaroons): paired with Lux Sparkling wine.
