Chef Mitchell Aboujamra of All Too Well, 352 W. Armitage Ave. and Evette’s, 916 W. Fulton Market and Lincoln Park, 2807 N. Sheffield Ave., has created a cheesy, crispy and savory sandwich-of-the-month for August centered around Nabisco's Cheez-It crackers.
The novelty sandwich features Cheez-It as a cheese spread, fry coating and whole crackers, sandwiched between two waffle hash browns with avocado and bacon or sausage.
