Bar Roma, 5101 N. Clark St., launched a new summer dinner menu available Wednesday through Sunday.
Chef Fred Ramos new menu items include: an array of new antipasti selections (summer squash bruschette; Tuscan kale and Michigan peaches salad; fried eggplant with imported buffalo mozzarella), handmade pasta dishes (vegetable lasagna; buffalo mozzarella ravioli with sweet corn; squid ink fettuccine with seafood), Roman-inspired entrees (wood grilled octopus; parmesan crusted chicken breasts; veal Milanese; wood grilled 16-oz prime ribeye) and more.
