Guests will be feted yo unlimited bacon dishes from more than 50 participating chefs and restaurants with proceeds benefiting the Greater Chicago Food Depository. Early bird VIP tickets ($175), allows early access to sessions, which means no waiting in lines. Hours are 7 -10 p.m. March 31; noon to 3 p.m. and 7-10 p.m. April 1. All tickets include unlimited sampling and seven drink tickets to be used on beer, wine or cocktails. VIP ticket holders receive one hour early access to selected event. Admission will be $100, general; $200 f0r VIP when early bird tix are gone. Purchase tickets.
