New Restaurant Concept

Take a number. Oriole, owned and operated by Chefs Noah and Cara Sandoval and Genie Kwon, is slated to open in the West Loop in winter. The intimate (28-seat) eatery, will feature 15-18 course tasting menu designed around wine and drink pairings. Seafood-inspired items, among Noah Sandoval's favorites, will be among highlights. The thought behind the concept is to create an interactive atmosphere that inspires conversation, in an interactive setting. Stay posted for official opening date and more information.
