Take a number. Oriole, owned and operated by Chefs Noah and Cara Sandoval and Genie Kwon, is slated to open in the West Loop in winter. The intimate (28-seat) eatery, will feature 15-18 course tasting menu designed around wine and drink pairings. Seafood-inspired items, among Noah Sandoval's favorites, will be among highlights.
