Ceres' Table, 3124 N. Broadway, celebrating National Panini Month featured items fried egg panino (sourdough roll topped with over easy egg, robiola, griddled prosciutto cotto, garlic aioli); Caprese (pictured) panini (fior di latte, woven-roasted tomato, basil and arugula pesto, over fresh sourdough) and the prosciutto panini (prosciutto crudo, fontina, arugula and sun-dried tomato mayo).
