Take a number. Oriole, owned and operated by Chefs Noah and Cara Sandoval and Genie Kwon, is slated to open in the West Loop in winter. The intimate (28-seat) eatery, will feature 15-18 course tasting menu designed around wine and drink pairings. Seafood-inspired items, among Noah Sandoval's favorites, will be among highlights. The event, which made its debut in 2014 in various cities, adds a Chicago stop to its sophomore outing, offering an array of bacon-inspired creations from Chicago restaurants in two sessions 1-4 p.m. (brunch) and 7-10 p.m. (evening) Oct. 10, Soldier Field, 1410 S. Museum Campus.
